What is an earmold?

An earmold is a custom-made ear piece manufactured from an impression of your ear, which is used, for example, as a connector for hearing aids or as hearing protection, and ensures optimal fit and wearing comfort.

Yes, we have our own lab in Inzing and manufacture earmolds directly on-site – this makes us fast, flexible, and able to make adjustments at any time if needed.

Depending on the model and our lab’s workload, production usually takes a few business days. We’ll inform you of the expected completion date when we take the impression.

Earmolds are used, among other things, for hearing aids, hearing protection, headphones, and in the communications field – always custom-fitted to the shape and purpose of your ear.
