What is an otoplastic?

An otoplastic is an ear piece custom-made from an impression of your ear, used for example as a connector for hearing aids or as hearing protection, ensuring an optimal fit and wearing comfort.

Yes, we have our own lab in Inzing and produce otoplastics directly on site – this makes us fast, flexible and able to make adjustments at any time if needed.

Depending on the model and our lab’s workload, production usually takes a few business days. We’ll inform you of the expected completion date when we take the ear impression.

Otoplastics are used, among other things, with hearing aids, hearing protection, headphones and in communications equipment – always custom-fitted to the shape and purpose of your ear.
